Behind every ARCANO cheese lie decades of dedication, research, and passion for what we do. For years, we have worked with patience and precision to select and breed the Florida goat breed, one of the most highly regarded for the exceptional quality of its milk. Our herd descends from the best specimens recognized by ACRIFLOR, the national association that safeguards the genetic purity of this breed, ensuring not only authenticity but also excellence.

Florida goat milk is considered the best goat milk in the world: rich in protein, well-balanced in fat, and with an ideal structure for producing high-quality artisanal cheeses. Its organoleptic profile gives our cheeses a creaminess, flavor, and aromatic depth that are simply unmatched.

Our goats live freely on our farm “El Campillo”, located within the Cabañeros National Park, a unique natural enclave in the heart of Castilla-La Mancha. There they graze among holm oaks and Mediterranean scrubland, in a protected environment, with constant access to natural forage and clean water, and under the strictest animal welfare standards.

The result is a pure, noble, and vibrant milk, which in every drop conveys the perfect balance between nature, genetics, and care. It is the quiet but essential origin of everything we are.
