The farm

Our farm nad cheese factory "El Campillo" is located in an extraordinary and natural place in the middle of a valley where the Bullaque's river is placed and at the foot of Toledo's mountains.

The orography of the field is mostly composed of meadows, sows in certain months of the year, forage, huge and beautiful grasslands and lush forests too. The area also has a large amount of water from Bullaque's river which flows through the valley, enriching the land, flowers and crops everywhere.

In our country-house and cheese factory in Ciudad Real has all the different facilities necessary for the autonomous and independent production of cheese: fields, pasture lands, barns, water storage ponds for animal consumption and irrigation, rearing and special care facilities, milking parlours, cheese factory and chambers for maturing and storage the final product in the best conditions.

For this reason, all stages of the creation of our cheese, from the production of the animal feed to the exquisite and sustainable packaging, are carried out on the farm.

In addition, our Manchego cheese factory is equipped with a waste treatment plant, which in an ecological way minimises our ecological impact and ecological footprint, helping our efforts to become a 100% sustainable brand.
