All our cheeses are made from start to finish at our farm El Campillo, in the Cabañeros National Park (Montes de Toledo and Ciudad Real), where our sheep graze freely and we craft our 100% natural cheeses in an artisanal way, without additives, respecting the environment and our animals, which has earned us the distinction of being the only Manchego Artisan Cheese with Animal Welfare Certification.
